Exchange Policy

1. Can I exchange the saree, if the color or the design is not as expected? Yes, in the following cases

a) if the blouse fabric is not cut or the edging is not done
b) The Folding on the saree and its conditions is the same as we sent to you.

2. With in how many days I have to initiate the exchange request?

You can initiate the exchange request within 5 calendar days from the time the product is delivered to you.

3. Will the return pickup be arranged?

Yes, we can arrange for return shipment pickup from your place (Within India) but please note that the shipping charges will be deducted from the value of coupon provided to you after we receive the product in good condition.

4. If the shipping address is outside of India then we wont be able to arrange for return shipment but please let us know your concerns or issues so that we will try to do the best possible thing from our side.

5. Once we check the quality of the products received we will approve the exchange if the condition of the saree is good and will provide you the coupon code for your next purchase with in 2 business days and the code is valid for life time.

Return Policy

1. Do you accept Returns?

Returns are accepted only when there is a Manufacturing defect, damage during shipping or wrong product sent. Make sure the Folding on the saree and its conditions is the same as we sent to you.

2. With in how many days I have to initiate the return request?

You can initiate the return request within 5 calendar days from the time the product is delivered to you.

3. We will arrange for return shipping in case of returns so you need not worry.

4. Once received, will perform a quality check and in case of genuine return we will process 100% refund with in 2 business days from our side and it might take up to 7 business days to credit in your account ( also its based on your banks processing time).

5. Even in the case of edging and when the blouse is cut, we stand for our quality and condition so we will accept the returns, do not worry.
