- 1. Edging will be done for saree only if you opt for it.
- 2. Note that the saree cannot be exchanged after edging but we accept returns in case of manufacturing defects, damages and wrong product shipped.
- 3. We cut the blouse fabric when you choose edging.
- 4. If the saree has running blouse then we don't cut the blouse fabric unless until requested by you in the ‘Special Instruction box’ while placing an order.
Wash Care :
- 1. Never go to wash your silk saree in the washing machine, it might reduce the quality of the beautiful silk saree and if there are different colors in the saree the colors might mix up.
- 2. Don’t dry your bridal silk saree on the direct sunlight, instead dry it in a shadow.
- 1. Don’t store your silk saree in a plastic cover instead of that use paper box or a cloth bag, because there should be some air circulation to the silk sarees wherein the cloth bags and the paper box would naturally have some air circulation compared to plastic covers.
- 2. Make sure the saree is used often. if you keep it intact for years together saree will be damaged on the foldings.
- 3. After undraping it, if there are some sweat then make sure it's dried.(not under the direct sun)

1. Can I exchange the saree, if the color or the design is not as expected? Yes, in the following cases
a) if the blouse fabric is not cut or the edging is not done
b) The Folding on the saree and its conditions is the same as we sent to you.
2. You can initiate the exchange within 7 days from the time the product is delivered to you.
3. We can arrange for return shipment pickup (Within India) from your place if you wish but please note that the shipping charges will be deducted from the value of coupon provided to you after we receive the product in Good condition.

1. Do you accept Returns?
Returns are accepted only when there is a Manufacturing defect, damage during shipping or wrong product sent. Make sure the Folding on the saree and its conditions is the same as we sent to you.
2. We will arrange for return shipping in case of returns so you need not worry.
3. Once received, will perform a quality check and in case of genuine return will process 100% refund in 2 business days from our side and it might take a couple of days to credit in your account ( based on your banks processing time).
4. Even in the case of edging and when the blouse is cut, we stand for our quality so we will accept the returns, do not worry.
