Welcome to Fasnic – Your Fashion Clinic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services We Provide
Fasnic is an online platform that connects customers with independent tailors, home-stitchers, laundry providers, and dry-cleaners. We offer:
• Tailoring services
• Laundry services
• Dry cleaning
• Pickup & delivery (coming soon)
• Price & service comparison
• Order tracking (coming soon)
We are not the service provider; we connect you to them.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate information (name, address, measurements, etc.)
✔ Ensure clothes given for service are properly handed over
✔ Check order details before confirming
✔ Pay for the service as per listed prices
✔ Treat pickup/delivery agents respectfully
3. Partner Responsibilities
Tailors, laundries, and dry cleaners listed on Fasnic agree to:
✔ Maintain quality and hygiene
✔ Follow committed timelines
✔ Provide correct pricing
✔ Ensure no damage or loss of customer garments
They are independent businesses, not Fasnic employees.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices shown on the platform are provided by the service partners. Final pricing may vary based on special fabric, design, or workload — the partner will inform you before starting work.
Payments can be made via UPI, Fasnic Wallet (coming soon), or Cash (if allowed by the partner).
5. Order Timelines & Delays
We try our best to ensure timely delivery, but:
⛔ Delays may happen due to high demand, festival rush, weather, partner workload, or unforeseen issues.
⛔ Fasnic is not responsible for delays caused by partners.
We will always try to coordinate and help resolve issues.
6. Garment Damage or Loss
All services are handled by third-party businesses. In rare cases of damage or loss:
• Fasnic will help mediate between customer & partner
• Compensation (if applicable) will be decided by the service partner
• Fasnic is not liable for direct or indirect damages
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Tailoring:
• Once a tailor begins work (cutting/stitching), order cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds for wrong measurements provided by customer.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning:
• Orders can be cancelled before pickup.
• No refunds after clothes are cleaned.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued by the partner.
8. Measurements & Fitting
Customers are responsible for giving correct measurements. If Fasnic's measurement agents (future service) take measurements, we ensure:
✔ One-time measurement storage
✔ Free re-measurement if agent makes a mistake
Rework charges apply if customer provides wrong measurements.
9. Use of Platform
You agree not to:
✘ Misuse the website
✘ Create fake orders
✘ Harass partners or delivery agents
✘ Use Fasnic for illegal activities
We reserve the right to block or remove any user violating policies.
10. Third-Party Responsibility
Since tailors, laundries, and dry-cleaners are independent, Fasnic:
• Does not guarantee the quality of their work
• Does not employ them
• Is only a platform for discovery & booking
11. Fasnic's Rights
We reserve the rights to:
✔ Update or change prices
✔ Modify or discontinue any feature
✔ Suspend users or partners violating rules
✔ Update these Terms & Conditions anytime
12. Limitation of Liability
Fasnic is not responsible for:
• Service quality
• Delays
• Clothing damage/loss
• Wrong measurements
• Partner behavior
Our role is to connect customers and partners.
13. Privacy
Your data is protected and only used for:
• Order updates
• Support
• Service improvement
We never sell your data.
